Goldilocks Vegetables Menu

Fresh Lumpia - A delightful mixture of bean curd, carrots, heart of palm, and turnips rolled up in a thin wrapper, served with tangy garlic sauce.

Guinataang Gulay - Squash, eggplant, bamboo shoot, and green beans simmered in coconut milk, cod bits and spices.

Guinataang Langka - Jackfruit and freen beans simmered in coconut milk, cod bits and spices.

Ukoy - Deef fried shrimp and julienne vegetables seasoned, mixed with simple batter.

Pinakbet - Mixed tropical vegetables simmered with bagoong and bits of pork. 

Laing - Taro leaves stewed with pork, coconut milk and shrimp paste.

Pritong Lumpia - Deep-fried spring roll filled with sauteed vegetables, tofu, egg, and peanut, served with vinegar.
