Goldilocks Pork Menu

Asado - Cooking style with Spanish and Chinese influences. Pork is simmered in sauces and spices then thinly sliced.

Binagoongang Baboy - Boneless pork chunks simmered in bagoong (shrimp paste).

Bopis - Pork entrails simmered in vinegar and spices. 

Crispy Pata - Pork hocks deep-fried to a crisp golden brown served with a dipping sauce and Lechon Sarsa.

Embotido - Meatloaf made from pork, ham, vegetables, and spices wrapped in foil to form a plump sausage-shaped roll. Served with gravy on the side.

Higado - Pork meat and liver cut into strips simmered in tomato sauce, garbanzos (chick peas) and onions.

Longanisa - Mild, sweet, pre-cooked pork sausage, great for dinners, sandwiches, quick & easy snack, barbeques and hor d' oeuvres.

Lechon Kawali – roasted pork served with sauce.

Menudo - Sliced pork meat and liver sauteed in vegetables.

Paksiw na Lechon - Roasted pork simmered in vinegar, spices, and a sweer pork liver sauce.

Dinakdakan - Cooked pork marinated in vinegar and spices; the Filipino version of sushi.

Pork Sinigang - Pork soup made with a sour broth.
