1.) 7 Days lead time for
all orders.
2.) All Padala Orders
have to be fully paid at the time of ordering. Cash or Credit card purchases only.
3.) The following are
the coverage areas for the program at the present time:

Metro Manila
-
Provincial (North
of Metro Manila) - This extends to Meycauyan, Bulacan. The servicing
store will be the Gotesco store located in Caloocan City.

Provincial (South
of Metro Manila) - This extends up to Calamba, Laguna. There are two
servicing stores, Sta. Rosa and Calamba stores.
With regards to the
Eastern Region, the Antipolo store will cover Antipolo, Teresa,
Morong, Binangonan, and Cardona only.
4.) All timely CANCELLATIONS
are subject to a CDN$5.00 Service Fee.
5.) Padala Orders require four (4)
working days advance notice for any cancellation. Failure to inform us in a timely
manner will mean forfeiture of 50% of total payment for the order.
6.) The minimum
orders are as follows: a.) For pick-up CDN$22.00. b.) For Metro Manila and
Provincial deliveries CDN$34.00.
7.) Customer acknowledges that Goldilocks
will incur costs and expenses for these Padala Orders in order to process them. The
parties acknowledge and agree that a cancellation without adequate notice set forth on
this Order Sheet will result in forfeiture of 50% of the total value of the order
as adequate and reasonable damages.
