Goldilocks Breads

Ensaymada - Sweet Brioche; Sweet butter bread twisted and twirled into a turban. Special fillings include Ham, Macapuno, and Ube. It is topped with melted butter and grated cheese and sugar after baking.

Cheese Loaf - Sweet bread filled with cream cheese and topped with butter and sugar glaze.
