Goldilocks Beef Entrees

Beef Caldereta - A stew of Spanish influence. Beef is sautéed in spices and simmered in tomato sauce with bell peppers, olives, and chili peppers.

Beef Morcon - Top sirloin with hardboiled eggs, whole pickles, carrot, and bell peppers.

Bicol Express - Diced beef simmered in chili peppers, coconut milk, and bagoong paste.

Bistek Tagalog - Marinated beef topped with onions, lemon juice, and soy sauce.

Kare-Kare - Oxtail, Tripe, and Tendons stewed in peanut sauce thickened with grounded rice. Mixed vegetables are added at the end, then served with bagoong on the side.
